Stately Type turns one this week! One year ago this Wednesday (a couple of months after my Kickstarter campaign funded), I launched statelytype.com with eight hand-lettered state t-shirt designs and zero clue about whether or not my little brand would actually work.
Since then, with your input (thank you, guys!) and massive support from my wife (I love you, Holly!), I've created over a hundred new designs, produced thirty new styles, and shipped thousands of Stately Type tees to people all over the world. I've seen photos of you guys wearing ST gear in over 20 countries on six continents! (You're next, Antarctica!)
This has been—without a doubt—the most exciting, challenging, rewarding, expanding, and just plain FUN year of my entire work life. I want to thank you guys SO MUCH for this amazing year.
